Our Missions
The Night Ministry

The Night Ministry is a Chicago-based organization that works to offer housing, health care and human connection to members of the Chicago community struggling with poverty or homelessness. With an open heart and an open mind, we accept people as they are and work to address their immediate needs while affirming their sense of humanity.
Feed My Starving Children

Feed My Starving Children is opening a facility in Schaumburg and has started booking groups to come and work. Slots are already filling up. “Feed My Starving Children is a Christian organization committed to Feeding God's Starving Children Hungry in Body and Spirit." The service project is working to pack food kits that provide a nutritious meal for those all over the world who are in need of food. It is a great intergenerational event as they allow kids in grades 3 and up to volunteer.
Our Disciples congregation is made up of people who care deeply for one another as well as all members of our many communities. We strongly believe that true community also means reaching out to include others. We strive in many ways to encourage, nurture, and provide growth of a diverse church that welcomes and cares for all.
Foods Resource Bank
FRB raises money to help people in developing countries grow their own food. We are thankful for the support of more than 200 U.S. growing projects that raised $3.3 million in the last year to support 62 overseas programs. FRB’s 15 member organizations and 59 local partner organizations work in more than 30 countries around the world.
Wheeling Township Services
Wheeling Township's Services are funded almost entirely with donations from the community -- food items and cash donations are received regularly. CCAH makes regular donations of food, clothing, and school supplies to help our neighbors in need.
